Here’s everything you need to know about applying for a position with Camp Rim Rock!

We accept applicants from all countries though we typically represent England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Sweden, Germany, Poland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. All nationalities are welcome to apply as a part of our well structured and diverse camp program.

ARE THERE ANY INTERNATIONAL CAMPERS?

Yes, as with staff we accept campers from across the world.

DOES THE STAFF SPEAK ENGLISH?

Yes, all of our staff speak English and many other languages are represented.

WHAT RELIGIONS ARE REPRESENTED AT CAMP?

Camp Rim Rock is a non affiliated, non discriminatory camp. All religions are welcome and represented.

HOW DO I APPLY?

If you would like to join us as a counselor at Camp please complete our online staff application form. Alternately you can email Shana Ferguson at shana@camprimrock.com who will guide you through the application process.

HOW DO I APPLY IF I AM NOT FROM THE US?

We enlist the services of several agencies and will happily discuss these with you. You should email Shana (shana@camprimrock.com) for more information.

CAN I REQUEST WHICH STAFF I LIVE AND WORK WITH?

At camp, we are happy to take any requests but cannot make any guarantees. We place all of our staff in program areas and age groups which they have the most skill and experience in.

WHAT WILL MY ROLE ENTAIL?

We have various roles available at camp, you will be placed in an area within which you have the desired level of skills and/or experience. We will provide adequate training for all aspects of the program. In all cases, you will be expected to arrive prepared to share and teach in several aspects of your skill set and culture. You will be provided with a full job description and detailed itinerary upon acceptance on to the program.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE?

At least 18 years old.

HOW MUCH WILL I GET PAID?

Rim Rock’s salaries are competitive and take into consideration role and duration of contract.
