2013 Season
The 2013 camp season is 10 weeks beginning June 16. Choose a session(s) from the schedule below. There are four 2 week and three 4 week General Camp Sessions that may be combined into 6 or 8 week sessions. In addition, we offer Horseback Riding Camp and a Mini Camp June 16-22. You may create multiple week sessions by adding a Riding Camp to General Camp Sessions.
GENERAL CAMP SESSIONS
Rising 2nd – 11th grades
2 weeks – $2400

RIDING CAMP SESSIONS
1 week sessions for rising 4th – 11th graders
June 16-22 or August 18-24 – $1600
*Multiple session discount applied for enrollment of 1 week Riding Camp and General Camp.
Mini Camp
1 week session for rising 2nd – 4th graders
June 16-22 - $1300
Payment Terms: A $1,000 deposit for each session is required upon enrollment. The deposit is applied to the total tuition. $250 of this amount is a nonrefundable registration fee. Tuition is due by May 1, 2013. Those enrolling after May 1 shall pay in full upon enrollment. Payment may be made by credit card, electronic check or check.
The tuition does not include West Virginia sales tax, Trading Post Allowance, medical insurance and transportation between camp and airport.
Cancellations: For cancellations prior to April 1, the total fee, less the $250 nonrefundable registration fee, is refundable. For cancellations after April 1, the total fee is forfeited.
