Season and Rates
The full camp season is 12 weeks beginning in June. Choose a session(s) from the schedule below. There are four 2 week General Camp Sessions that may be combined into 4, 6 or 8 week sessions. In addition, there are Specialty Camps in Horseback Riding and Sports and a Mini Camp. You may create multiple week sessions by adding a Specialty Camp in Riding or Sports to General Camp Sessions.
General Camp – Rising 2nd through 11th graders

Rates
The tuition does not include West Virginia sales tax, Trading Post allowance, medical insurance or transportation
between camp and airport. It is against our policy for counselors to receive gratuities.
A $500 deposit is required upon enrollment. The deposit is applied to the total tuition. $250 of this amount is a non refundable registration fee. A second payment of $500 is due by February 1, 2010. Tuition is due in full by April 1, 2010. Those enrolling after April shall pay in full upon enrollment. Payment may be made by credit card or check
