Season and Rates
The full camp season is 12 weeks beginning in June. Choose a session(s) from the schedule below. There are four 2 week General Camp Sessions that may be combined into 4, 6 or 8 week sessions. In addition, there are Specialty Camps in Horseback Riding, Arts and Tennis. You may create multiple week sessions by adding Specialty Camps to General Camp Sessions.
General Camp – Rising 2 nd through 11th grades

Rates
The tuition covers:
Room and Board- Sports Equipment
- Instruction in All Activities
- Horseback Riding
- All Craft Supplies
- Laundry
- Camp T-Shirt
- CD of Photographs
The tuition does not include West Virginia sales tax, Trading Post allowance, medical insurance, hard hat for riding or transportation
between camp and airport. It is against our policy for counselors to receive gratuities.
A $500 deposit, which is applied to tuition, is required upon enrollment. $250 of this amount is a non-refundable registration fee. Tuition payment, other than the $250 registration fee is refunded if cancellation is made prior to April 1.
